Savour the season’s finest flavours with a cream of chestnut soup drizzled with herb oil and served with crisp grissini, followed by Alba truffle-scented cold angel hair pasta with ikura, herbs, shio kombu, and lemon.
For the mains, choose from turkey roulade with forest mushrooms and cranberry compote, maple-glazed ham with truffle mash and crispy Brussels sprouts, or Chilean seabass in clam velouté with saffron oil.
Finish with a festive Christmas cake accompanied by wild berry compote, baker’s crumbs, and the chef’s choice of ice cream.
