La Marée’s New Spring and Summer Menu

Sofitel Auckland Viaduct Harbour’s signature restaurant, La Marée, introduces its new spring and summer menu under the creative direction of Executive Chef Maninder Singh Panesar. The menu celebrates French-inspired cuisine crafted with sustainably sourced New Zealand ingredients.

Highlights include freshly shucked oysters, pan-seared scallops with apple-turnip purée, homemade lobster ravioli and venison tartare. For mains, you can savour long line market fish, “Bostock Organic” roasted chicken and Hawke’s Bay lamb rump, while the refined grill selection features Speckle Park eye fillet and Wagyu beef sirloin.

Chef Panesar shares, “This spring and summer menu is about storytelling through food, honouring New Zealand’s incredible seasonal produce while bringing a French zest to every plate.”

To complete the experience, the menu is perfectly paired with dessert wines and signature sweets such as lime meringue pie and strawberry tiramisu.
