This July, Sofitel Singapore City Centre partners with National Gallery Singapore to present an afternoon tea inspired by City of Others: Asian Artists in 1920s–1940s Paris. Just as these artists wove their heritage into Parisian culture, the pastry team has crafted a menu that mirrors this journey — bold flavours, unexpected pairings, and colours as vivid as the artworks themselves.
Guests can enjoy five savouries and five sweets – from Comté Pani Puri to Lychee Rose Saint-Honoré – while crafting their edible art using a palette of colourful, food-safe paints. Whether painting a masterpiece or simply letting the colours dance, the experience offers a joyful tribute to art, identity, and expression – all on the plate.
