Drawing inspiration from ancient trade routes that shaped civilisations, the team has reimagined these historic journeys through a fresh lens of ritual, romance, and cultural storytelling.
Helmed by the mixologists at 1864, the new collection explores nine ports of call, from the moonlit confessions of Venice and the spice-laced winds of India, to ancestral offerings along the Swahili coast and Peranakan nostalgia in Singapore. Each cocktail is carefully crafted, combining traditional techniques with inventive mixology and housemade ingredients, including bespoke liqueurs and uniquely infused bitters.
Complementing the maritime cocktails, guests can indulge in thoughtfully curated bites and seasonal accompaniments, creating a complete sensory journey.
