Your membership card lives in the ALL Accor app.
1. Scan the QR code or download the app from the Apple App Store / Google Play.
2. Sign in with the email and password you used to join.

Here are three simple ways to book your Stay Plus FREE Nights
Sign in to your ALL Accor+ Explorer account using your email and password.
Enter your destination or hotel, along with your preferred travel dates and number of guests.
To use your Stay Plus FREE Night, make sure to toggle ‘Use my Stay Plus’. Keep in mind, this option is only available for bookings of two nights or more.
Then, click ‘Search’.
ALL Accor App
Log in to the app with your email and password.
Enter your destination or hotel, travel dates, and number of guests.
Below the room capacity, go to the ‘Using Your Stay Plus’ section and make sure Stay Plus is selected. Note that this option is only available for stays of two nights or more.
Tap ‘Search’.

Please be aware that a booking fee applies when making a Stay Plus FREE Night reservation by phone.
ALL Accor+ Explorer members receive 30% off food and 15% off drinks for up to 10 diners.
You can enjoy this discount during your stay or only dining at the restaurant.
We recommend you make a booking on the hotel website prior to arriving to secure your table.
When you arrive at the restaurant and when asking for the bill please show your digital explorer card on the ALL Accor app.
To access your cards:
– Open the ALL Accor app
– On the home page of the app, tap the card at the top
– You will see your ALL Accor membership card and you just swipe across to access your ALL Accor+ Explorer card
ALL Accor+ Explorer members will continue to enjoy their current vouchers up until the expiration of the membership.
From the end of October you can find your digital vouchers on all.accor.com or the ALL Accor App. Until then you will find these in your accorplus.com profile
Log in using your email address and password.
Click on your profile, located on the top right corner of the page, and select on ‘Your Subscriptions’.
Your vouchers will be presented to you in a list, if you have these available.
Select ‘View Details’ on the voucher you wish to use, and you will see a unique voucher code which you can present when you arrive at the hotel/restaurant.

Log in using your email address and password.
On the bottom right of the app click on ‘Account’
Select the vouchers section, which sits under the status details.
Select the voucher you wish to use.
Show the unique voucher code to the hotel or restaurant team members.
As part of your enhanced ALL Accor+ Explorer membership, you will now have two digital cards; your ALL Accor membership card and your ALL Accor+ Explorer card, both linked to your unique account.
