Butcher’s Block, an avant-garde wood fire dining experience at Raffles Singapore, expresses the elemental and finesse of cooking with wood fire. Stylishly adorned with cobalt blue hues, complementary dark wood panelling and bold brass furnishing and accents, the unique interior sets the tone for a convivial evening of hedonistic pleasure.

Take in the sight of quality cuts of produce displayed in a glass cooler aptly named The Larder, and watch the chefs in action as they transform these ingredients on custom-built ovens and grills in an Open Kitchen setting.

Adding to the visual appeal is The Library, an exposed wine cellar that houses more than 200 different wine labels, including a meticulous selection of natural wines.
