Accor Plus Terms and Conditions

1. You will receive a Welcome email within 1-2 business days which will provide your unique Accor Plus membership number.
2. Be sure to follow the steps on the Welcome email to activate your membership.
3. You will be able to access your Digital Membership Card via the AccorHotels Mobile Application after activating your membership.
4. Your physical Accor Plus membership card may take up to 2-3 weeks to arrive.
