Information on how to enter the Promotion are part of these terms and conditions. Entries not made in accordance with these terms and conditions will be disqualified.

Section 1: Promotion

1. Promotion: ALL Accor+ Explorer members who submit valid entries in accordance with these Terms and Conditions will be entered into a multi-stage selection process, including shortlisting and judging based on the stated criteria (see section 4), for the chance to win 5,000 ALL Accor Reward Points each. The promotion period is from 11th May to 2nd June 2026.

There will be twenty-three (23) winners in total, with each winner receiving 5,000 ALL Accor Reward points, equivalent to one (1) winner per day of the competition period.

These Terms and Conditions of Entry will be published on the competition landing page and are subject to change at any time during the competition period.

Section 2: Eligibility

3. Eligibility: To be eligible to enter the Promotion, the entrant must be:

1. 1. 1. Aged 18 years or older as at the commencement of the promotion
      2. A current ALL Accor+ Explorer member
      3. A registered ALL Accor+ Explorer member in any of the following participating countries: Australia, New Zealand, Singapore, Thailand, Indonesia, Philippines, India, Malaysia, Hong Kong, South Korea

4. Non-Eligibility:

1. 1. 1. Employees (and their immediate families) of the Promoter, Accor worldwide, or agencies associated with this Promotion are ineligible.
      2. ALL Accor+ Explorer Partner, Partner Privilege, and ALL Accor members who are not ALL Accor+ Explorer members are ineligible.
      3. Members outside the participating countries stated at Section 2 No. 3 are ineligible
      4. Any missing or incorrect member information provided will render the entry invalid.

Section 3: Entry to the Promotion

5. How to Enter: To enter, members must:

1. 1. 1. Share their Explorer Tip, and tell us where they used it — the hotel, restaurant, or city — and which Explorer member benefit* made the experience even better.
      2. Post their entry in the comments section of the official competition posts on Facebook and/or Instagram.

*Entries must be based on recent Explorer experiences using the current ALL Accor+ Explorer benefits. Experiences prior to the October 2025 benefit update may be deemed ineligible.

6. Entry Conditions:

1. 1. 1. Members may submit multiple entries, provided each entry is unique.
      2. Entries that breach any of the requirements in Section 3 may be deemed invalid.
      3. Entries must not contain offensive, unlawful, defamatory, or inappropriate material, nor include copyrighted material without proper permission.
      4. Entries must be the entrant’s original work. The Promoter reserves the right to verify originality and may disqualify entries that cannot be confirmed as original.
      5. Entries must remain publicly accessible on the official competition post for the entire duration of the competition. If an entry is shortlisted and enters the judging process, failure to keep the comment publicly available may result in disqualification and forfeiture of the entry.
      6. Entries must align with the intended use of ALL Accor+ Explorer member benefits and reflect responsible, fair, and appropriate participation. Entries that promote misuse of benefits, unfair practices, inappropriate conduct, or content deemed inconsistent with the values, intent, partners, or standards of ALL Accor+ Explorer may be disqualified or deemed ineligible at the Promoter’s sole discretion.

7. Game of Skill: This is a game of skill. Chance plays no part in determining the winner.

Section 4: Judging and Winners

8. Judging Criteria: All valid entries will be judged based on:

1. 1. 1. 1. Relevance – Entry clearly shares a specific Explorer Tip and includes the hotel, restaurant, or city where it was used, along with the Explorer member benefit that elevated the experience.
         2. Usefulness Of Tip – Tip is practical, specific, and genuinely helpful for other Explorer members planning their stay.
         3. Clarity & Authenticity – Entry is clearly written, easy to understand, and reflects a genuine personal Explorer experience.

All entries will undergo a structured review, shortlisting, and judging process based on the stated competition criteria and mechanics.

ALL Accor+ Explorer reserves the right to determine the eligibility, validity, quality, and suitability of entries at its sole discretion. The judging panel’s decision is final and binding, and no correspondence, disputes, appeals, or challenges regarding the results, scores, shortlist, or winner selection will be entertained.

9. Winners:

1. 1. 1. 1. A total of twenty-three (23) winners will be selected.
         2. Shortlisted entries will be evaluated weekly by a panel of appointed ALL Accor+ Explorer judges based on the defined judging criteria. Scores will be consolidated to determine the highest-scoring entry for each competition day.
         3. Each winner is subject to verification of an active ALL Accor+ Explorer membership. Failure to complete verification within one (1) business day from the date of notification via direct message on Facebook or Instagram may result in disqualification and selection of an alternate winner.
         4. Winners from the preceding competition week will be announced every Friday via Facebook and Instagram. Winners will also be notified via direct message regarding their winning entry.
         5. Each confirmed winner will receive 5,000 ALL Accor Reward points, which will be credited within 30 days after the competition period concludes.
         6. ALL Accor+ Explorer reserves the right to adjust the timing of winner announcements if delays occur due to membership verification, judging, or other unforeseen circumstances.

Section 5: Prizes

10. Prize Details

1. 1. 1. A total of twenty-three (23) winners will be selected.
      2. Each winner will receive 5,000 ALL Accor Reward points, which will be credited to their ALL Accor+ Explorer account within thirty (30) days after the competition period concludes.
      3. The prize is non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and not redeemable for cash, and is subject to the standard ALL Accor Reward points terms and conditions. For more information on the use of ALL Accor Reward points, please visit ALL.com.
      4. Winners are solely responsible for any applicable taxes, duties, or other liabilities arising from the acceptance of the prize.
      5. In the event that the prize becomes unavailable, the Promoter reserves the right to substitute it with a prize of equal or greater value.

11. Prize Winners

Process for Crediting Reward Points to the Winner’s Account:

1. 1. 1. Winners will be notified via direct message on their social media account regarding their winning entry, along with the timeline for prize crediting.
      2. Upon successful verification of an active ALL Accor+ Explorer membership, 5,000 ALL Accor Reward points will be credited to each winner’s registered membership account within thirty (30) days after the competition period concludes.

Section 6: Intellectual Property

12. By entering, participants grant the Promoter an irrevocable, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, repurpose, adapt, and publish their entries for promotional purposes, including social media, advertising, and content repurposing. No compensation will be provided beyond the competition prize.

Section 7: General Conditions

13. Publicity: Winners agree to participate in promotional activity arranged by the Promoter, including use of their names, country, and entry content without additional compensation.

14. Liability Release: The Promoter will not be liable for any technical errors, lost entries, or personal injury sustained in connection with this competition, except where required by law.

15. Force Majeure: The Promoter is not liable for failure to conduct the Promotion due to events beyond its control, such as natural disasters, strikes, or system failures.

16. Privacy: Personal information will be collected and used for the purposes of administering the competition in accordance with the ALL Accor+ Explorer Privacy Policy (www.accorplus.com).

17. Social Media Disclaimer: This competition is in no way sponsored, endorsed, or administered by, or associated with Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, or YouTube. Entrants provide their information to the Promoter, not the platforms.

Section 8: Data Privacy and Confidentiality

18. The Promoter is committed to ensuring that the personal information of all ALL Accor+ Explorer members is handled in compliance with applicable data privacy laws and treated with strict confidentiality.

19. Personal details collected during the course of this Promotion will be used solely for the purposes of:

20. Entrants’ first names, account usernames, and submitted content may be used for promotional purposes related to this campaign, including showcasing entries and testimonials across ALL Accor+ Explorer marketing channels.
