On 25 March 2026, Prego at Fairmont Singapore presents a 5-course Piemonte wine dinner celebrating the rich culinary heritage of Northern Italy.
Begin with golden fried Valgrana cheese and Langhe truffle spheres, followed by veal tartare in the style of Alba. Indulge in Carnaroli risotto with chestnuts and rich meat reduction, traditional “30-yolk” Tagliolini pasta with bra sausage ragout, and Barolo wine-braised beef cheek served with cagliette dumplings and charred leeks.
Each course is thoughtfully paired with distinguished wines, from Berlucchi Franciacorta and Giacosa Fratelli Gavi to Ratti Langhe Chardonnay Brigata, and Ratti Barolo Marcenasco.
