As the city celebrates the Archibald Prize, join Sofitel Sydney Wentworth for an equally creative experience with the reimagined high tea – a culinary tribute to artistry, seasonality and natural beauty.
This year, the presentation steps away from the traditional tiered tower and instead blooms across the table, inspired by the Royal Botanic Garden and the soft purples of jacaranda, this year’s theme.
Savouries are presented table side, evoking the elegance of legendary hotel service, with curated cheeses, smoked salmon, charcuterie and quiches carved to your plate.
