An Exclusive Champagne Dining Experience Celebrating the Wentworth’s 60th Anniversary
In celebration of the Wentworth’s 60th anniversary, Sofitel Sydney Wentworth invites ALL Accor+ Explorer members to an exclusive Pommery Apanage 1874 dining experience, limited to just 10 guests per evening.
The evening begins at Bar Tilda with a glass of Pommery Brut Apanage, before moving to Tilda’s private dining room for a curated menu of AP Bakery bread with cultured butter, Sydney rock oyster with dashi pearls, cucumber and vermouth vinegar, and duck liver parfait with Champagne gel and orange, paired with Pommery Apanage Brut 1874.
For the main course, enjoy Murray cod with Champagne beurre blanc and tarragon, accompanied by fries and butter lettuce, paired with Pommery Apanage Blanc de Blancs 1874.
The evening concludes with the Wentworth Cheesecake, created in celebration of the hotel’s 60th anniversary, paired with Pommery Apanage Rosé 1874.
Available exclusively on four Wednesday evenings throughout October, this intimate experience is priced at AUD 235 per person and includes four 75ml Pommery Champagne tastings.
