For one special evening only, Chef Christian Chu – the first Vietnamese-origin chef to earn a Michelin star in the Czech Republic – joins Oliver Mette, Director of Culinary at Hotel de la Coupole Sapa – MGallery Collection’s Chic Restaurant, for an exclusive four-hands dining experience. Drawing on Christian’s Vietnamese heritage and European fine-dining journey alongside Oliver’s distinctive culinary perspective, the dinner celebrates creativity, craftsmanship and a shared desire to give back.

Held in partnership with Breast Cancer Network Vietnam (BCNV), the evening is dedicated to raising awareness and support for people affected by breast cancer, with profits from the dinner donated to BCNV.
