- Guarantee Policy: The full amount of stay is payable in advance by credit card at booking time.
- Cancellation Policy: The amount due is not refundable even if the booking is cancelled or modified.
- Check-in Policy: Check-in time is from 2:00pm.
- Check-out Policy: Check-out time is by 12:00am.
- Children Policy: 50.00 pct discount is applied to accommodation for 1 child less than 12 years sharing parents’ room, breakfast included.
- Special terms: A mandatory seaplane transfer ensures a seamless and scenic journey to the resort. Enjoy a spectacular 25-minute seaplane flight from Malé Airport directly to the island. The round-trip transfer is priced at USD 620 per adult, with a child rate of USD 320. The one-way trip is USD 372 per adult and USD 192 per child. (This price until 31 Oct 2026.) From 1 Nov 2026 onwards, the round-trip transfer is priced at USD 680 per adult.
