Hosted by Karu Distillery and Birdie, enjoy a curated 4-course tasting lunch showcasing seasonal, high-quality produce, with each dish thoughtfully paired with a premium Karu gin cocktail designed to enhance flavour and balance throughout the event. Be taken on an educational journey by Birdie’s Head Chef and Karu’s Gin expert, learning insights into the artful flavour and ingredient pairings across your food and beverage menu.
The menu begins with butternut squash, pastry, almond and black sesame, followed by a scallop with cauliflower purée and a delicate shrimp tuile. For the main course, enjoy roast lamb with pistachio crumble and carrot-maple sauce, before finishing with a lemon myrtle cake, white chocolate ganache, and lemon sorbet.
Each course is complemented by a bespoke Karu gin cocktail, crafted to elevate the overall dining experience.
