Khum Hom at Mövenpick BDMS Wellness Resort Bangkok welcomes back one-Michelin-starred French chef Nicolas Isnard for the final Four Hands Culinary Journey of 2026. From 19 – 21 November 2026, Chef Nicolas reunites with Chef Ian Kittichai for three exceptional evenings, bringing his French-Mediterranean approach into conversation with Chef Ian’s contemporary regional Thai cuisine.
Choose a nine-course or seven-course menu celebrating the two chefs’ distinctive culinary perspectives. Highlights from the nine-course journey include Surat Thani oyster with avocado and pineapple, hamachi cucumber rose with Sturia caviar and passion fruit sauce, and Chef Nicolas’ signature onion soup. Chef Ian presents his southern Muslim-style fish curry and Kanom Maung Phet, a tribute to Phetchaburi’s dessert traditions.
An optional pairing of six wines is available with either menu, and guests may also order wines individually from the wine list.
