- ALL Reward points are not earned from attending ALL Accor+ Explorer member events.
- Photographs may be taken throughout the event for use across Accor Plus marketing channels. Please let the photographer know if you do not want your photo taken.
- A valid ALL Accor+ Explorer membership must be presented.
- Christmas Booking Policy:
- All reservations for Christmas Day have a 2.5-hour duration, after which time we require the table to be vacated.
- At the time of booking, we require a credit card as security for the reservation.
- Any cancellations received within 4 weeks of Christmas Day will be charged according to the cancellation policy.
- Groups of 8 or more incur a 10% service fee on final bills.
- Christmas Cancellation Policy:
- Cancellations received with less than 4 weeks’ notice will be charged an AUD 200 per person cancellation fee.
- Cancellations received with more than 4 weeks’ notice will not be charged a fee.
