In celebration of the Wentworths’ 60th anniversary, ALL Accor+ Explorer members are invited to experience an exclusive Pommery Champagne pairing menu at Tilda, showcasing the Pommery Apanage 1874 Collection.
Begin with AP Bakery bread and cultured butter, followed by Sydney rock oyster with dashi pearls, cucumber and vermouth vinegar, and duck liver parfait with Champagne gel and orange, paired with Pommery Brut Apanage.
For the main course, enjoy Murray cod with Champagne beurre blanc and tarragon, accompanied by fries and butter lettuce, paired with Pommery Apanage Blanc de Blancs 1874.
To finish, savour the Wentworth Cheesecake, created in celebration of the hotel’s 60th anniversary, paired with Pommery Apanage Rosé 1874.
