- A valid ALL Accor+ Explorer membership card must be presented on arrival.
- Bookings are essential and must be received by or until sold out, with pre-payment at the time of booking.

- Photographs will be taken throughout the event and may be used in publicity and/or marketing materials, including websites.
- Attendees will be required to collect theatre tickets from Sofitel Melbourne On Collins, which will be available upon check-in. The pre-show cocktail event in the West Tower Suite, located on level 35 of Sofitel Melbourne on Collins, will commence at 4.15pm, and will conclude at 6.15 pm. Guests will then need to make their own way to the Regent Theatre located on 191 Collins Street and must be seated prior to the 7.00pm show start time. Lock-out applies.
- The pre-show cocktail event will consist of a selection of chef selection canapes, with a beverage service throughout the event timing.
- Package price is AUD 720 based on twin share. Includes accommodation in a Superior King Room, 2 x tickets to ANASTASIA, pre-show function with canapes, and breakfast for two in No35 Restaurant.
