Step 1 – Plan Your Escape

  • Use the Stay Plus filter to surface available hotels, turning a quick search into an instant ALL Accor+ Explorer advantage and locking in that coveted free night.
  • Combine with Red Hot Rooms offers where available to stack even greater value onto your getaway.

Pro Tip: Fire up the ALL Accor App and scan the rates calendar for the Stay Plus FREE Night.

Step 2: Book

Here’s a step by step guide to help you book online

Using www.accorplus.com:

  1. Log onto the Accor Plus website using your email address to sign-in and a password to log-on
  2. Select your desired hotel destination and dates on the hotel page or homepage search section. Be sure to select yes in the Stay Plus drop down menu
  3. The website will search based on your selection criteria and then display all hotels available for that date range which have a Stay Plus benefit available
  4. In some cases a Stay Plus benefit may not be available, based on your selection criteria. In this case, if available the search results may offer you the option to use your Stay Plus benefit towards a room upgrade to the next category.

Please note: if you are booking your Stay Plus benefit by phone through the Accor hotels Reservations number, a booking fee of AUD 20 will apply.
 

Using ALL Accor app

Download the ALL Accor app here:

  1. Log onto the ALL Accor app using your email address to sign in and a password to log-on
  2. If you have a Stay Plus night available, it will appear at the top of your home screen.
  3. First, select your chosen destination, dates and room requirements.
  4. Press the toggle at the top of the screen to see rates using your Stay Plus complimentary night. You will see the rates change below.
  5. Scroll down and tap on your preferred hotel.
  6. Press ‘See room rates’ and choose your preferred room.
  7. If you wish, you can compare rates with or without using your Stay Plus night by pressing on the toggle.
  8. Click ‘Select this rate’ to make your booking.

Step 3: Enjoy

Before you arrive at the hotel, ensure that you have a valid membership card to present at check-in.
