- Seafood Platter upsell: The Seafood Platter upsell is non-refundable. If you wish to remove the Seafood Platter after booking, you will need to cancel your entire booking and make a new reservation. - As Christmas Day is a buffet service, individual dietary requests can not be catered. The buffet menu offers a wide variety of dishes including vegetarian options.
