Hosted across L’Apéritif and Winestone at Novotel Singapore on Stevens and Mercure Singapore on Stevens, the evening invites guests to discover the artistry behind flavour, aroma, and craftsmanship through a series of immersive moments.
Begin at L’Apéritif with handcrafted canapés paired with Suntory whisky, accompanied by a guided tasting led by whisky specialists. Members will then create their own personalised fragrance during an intimate perfume-making session, complete with a 10ml signature perfume to take home.
The experience concludes at Winestone with a specially curated three-course dinner by the Executive Chef, paired with wines and selected whisky expressions for an elevated dining experience.
