On 19 and 20 June 2026, Adriana Cocina & Bar presents an exclusive 8-course four-hands dinner featuring Chef Gerardo Ramos of Adriana at Mövenpick Resort & Spa Jimbaran Bali and Chef Matias Mardones of Copa at 25hours Hotel Jakarta.
Bringing together their distinct culinary styles and Latin roots, the two chefs will showcase a menu that highlights bold flavours, refined techniques, and thoughtfully paired wines.
The evening begins with elegant bocadillos, including Adriana’s croquetas de jamón and Copa’s pulpo a la parrilla, paired with the refreshing Elixir de Dios cocktail. Members will then enjoy vibrant starters such as taco de res and ceviche tiradito alongside a crisp Chardonnay.
For the main courses, delicate barramundi with Veracruz salsa and premium dry-aged grilled sirloin are complemented by carefully selected wines, including Pinot Noir and Malbec. To finish, members can indulge in tres leches cake paired with Chenin Blanc, followed by classic churros served with a shot of 1800 Tequila Reposado.
With seating limited to 80 members and guests each evening, Latin Duet brings together two chefs for an intimate evening of bold Latin flavours and thoughtfully paired dishes.
