- Guarantee Policy: All reservations must be guaranteed with a credit card valid on the date of your stay, unless stated otherwise.
- Cancellation Policy: No cancellation fee applies if the booking is cancelled by 6:00pm (local time) one day prior to arrival. Cancellations after this time will incur a charge for the first night.
- Check-in Policy: Check-in time is from 3:00pm.
- Check-out Policy: Check-out time is by 11:00am.
- Children Policy: Up to two children (1 to 12 years old) stay free with existing bedding. Breakfast is complimentary for children (1 to 12 years) per paying adult/package. Extra bedding (e.g., rollaway) or breakfast incurs a nightly charge.
- Package Inclusions: Rate includes daily breakfast for up to two (2) guests at Ten Stories Restaurant. Rate includes one AUD 50 dining credit to be enjoyed during the stay at Arches Bar or Ten Stories Restaurant. Rate includes valet parking.
