This curated four-course tasting menu showcases seasonal, high-quality produce, with each dish thoughtfully paired with a premium Karu gin cocktail designed to enhance flavour and balance throughout the experience.
The menu begins with butternut squash, pastry, almond and black sesame, followed by a scallop with cauliflower purée and a delicate shrimp tuile. For the main course, enjoy roast lamb with pistachio crumble and carrot-maple sauce, before finishing with a lemon myrtle cake, white chocolate ganache, and lemon sorbet.
