An exclusive restaurant takeover arrives at MOGA, Pullman Singapore Hill Street, as celebrated chef Nat Thaipun joins forces with MOGA’s Head Chef, Leon Quek, for a one-night-only tasting experience created specially for Explorer Members.
Expect six flavour-driven canapé creations, such as scallops and ginger with peach and kelp oil, Wagyu satay skewers with ajaad pickles, and tuna maki topped with ikura and yuzu ponzu.
The experience continues with two hours of free-flow wines, alongside a signature cocktail (Melon Dollar Baby) and mocktail curated to complement the refined bites, while live DJ entertainment sets the mood for a vibrant evening of flavours and drinks.
As a special memento, members will receive a signed copy of her best-selling cookbook, Thai: Anywhere and Everywhere.
