PROMOTION TERMS & CONDITIONS

• This offer is available to eligible individuals residing in participating countries where ALL Accor+ Explorer membership is available. Participating countries are Australia, New Zealand, Singapore, Thailand, the Philippines, Vietnam, Indonesia, India, Malaysia, Hong Kong, the United Arab Emirates and Japan.
• To qualify, participants must successfully purchase and activate a new or returning ALL Accor+ Explorer membership between 17 August and 7 September 2026, by 11:59 PM AEST.
• To qualify for this promotion, participants must:
  (i) be a new ALL Accor+ Explorer member, or a returning member whose membership expired prior to the promotion start date; and
  (ii) be aged 18 years or above.
• This offer does not apply to memberships obtained outside of official ALL Accor+ channels, including those obtained through third-party corporate partnerships, employee programmes, friends and family rates, promotional giveaways, competitions or other unauthorised channels.
• Eligible members will receive a promotional dining voucher in the value applicable to the country in which their ALL Accor+ Explorer membership is purchased, as set out in the table below:

• *For members in the United Arab Emirates, the dining voucher will be issued in USD. The equivalent value in local currency will be determined based on the applicable exchange rate at the time of redemption.
• The dining voucher will be automatically credited to the eligible member’s ALL Accor+ Explorer membership account within two (2) days of successful membership purchase, payment confirmation and activation. The dining voucher can be viewed by logging in to the member’s account on all.com or in the Account tab of the ALL app under the ALL Accor+ Awards vouchers section.
• The offer cannot be combined with other promotional offers or vouchers unless otherwise stated. Eligible ALL Accor+ Explorer membership benefits remain subject to the applicable ALL Accor+ terms and conditions.
• In the event a member cancels their ALL Accor+ Explorer membership, the credited dining voucher will automatically be cancelled. However, if the dining voucher has already been redeemed, the value of the redeemed voucher will be deducted from any refund due, and the member may not receive a full refund of the membership fee
• VOUCHER CONDITIONS
  Unless otherwise specified:
  a) Vouchers issued for this programme will remain valid for ninety-one (91) days from the date of issue;
  b) Expired in-app dining vouchers will not be replaced, extended, exchanged or reissued;
  c) In-app dining vouchers are non-transferable, non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash, credit or any other benefit;
  d) The in-app dining voucher is valid only in the country (or subsidiary) in which the eligible ALL Accor+ Explorer membership was purchased and cannot be redeemed in another country;
  e) The value of the in-app dining voucher may vary between countries and are subject to local requirements, taxes, fees, regulatory considerations and currency fluctuations at the time of issuance.
• USING YOUR VOUCHER
  a) Redemption of the in-app dining voucher is subject to the terms and conditions of the participating property, including but not limited to outlet availability, operating hours and minimum spend requirements;
  b) The in-app dining voucher may only be redeemed at participating Accor hotel restaurants and bars within the country (or subsidiary) where the eligible ALL Accor+ Explorer membership was purchased;
  c) The in-app dining voucher may be used in conjunction with eligible ALL Accor+ Explorer dining benefits, including the Explorer dining discount and drinks discount available at participating outlets.
  d) Only one (1) in-app dining voucher may be redeemed per transaction, and must be redeemed in full.
  e) To redeem the in-app dining voucher, participants must notify the participating restaurant or hotel team prior to requesting the bill.
