Before you cancel, please take a moment to review the valuable benefits you’ll no longer have access to — along with the benefits you’ll retain as part of your ongoing ALL Accor membership.
Upon Cancellation, You Will Lose
- The 20 Status Nights bonus granted by Accor Plus — either upon joining or on the first day of your new membership year. Your ALL Accor status will be recalculated
- Your upgrade to the ALL Accor+ Explorer subscription membership which would have been available to you for the rest of your current annual subscription term
- Up to 50% off hotel stays with Red Hot Rooms in Asia Pacific
- 15% off your stays in more than 4,500+ hotels worldwide, effective from 1 October 2025
- Any unused Stay Plus complimentary nights, as well as their upcoming conversion to Stay Plus FREE Nights on 1 October 2025
- Any existing forward bookings that includes a Stay Plus complimentary night, these will be cancelled and forfeited. Any paid nights included in the same booking will be cancelled as per the booking conditions.
- Your Accor Plus member discount for any existing forward bookings including Red Hot Rooms and More Escapes, as you no longer qualify for Accor Plus member rates
- 30% discount on dining at 1,600+ restaurants in Asia Pacific
- 15% discount on drinks across Asia Pacific
- Exclusive member only events and offers

What You Will Retain
- Your ALL Accor membership
- Any ALL Accor benefits commensurate with your ALL Accor status
- Your earned but unredeemed ALL Accor Reward points
Your Refund Entitlement
- Refunds are calculated on a pro rata basis, determined by the remaining duration of your Accor Plus subscription.
- Payment Method:

- Monetary payment (credit card, debit card, or other methods): You’ll receive a partial monetary refund
- Points payment (ALL Accor Reward points): You’ll receive a partial refund in ALL Accor Reward points

- A simple way to estimate this is by calculating the percentage of your total payment relative to the number of months remaining in your subscription membership.
- The date your refund request is submitted will be recorded, and a manual refund will be processed accordingly. Please allow up to 30 business days for completion.
