The high tea menu highlights include a mouthwatering salmon tartare with a puff pastry cup, spring onion mayonnaise and fried capers, and black bao buns with master stock slow-cooked pork, hoisin sauce pickle daikon, roasted peanuts and spring onion. For a sweet finish, enjoy a variety of treats including a Ferrero pebble on a hazelnut slab or a mango mousse with yuzu jelly and a coconut sponge.
