Welcome to Adventures in Storyland where fairy tale magic comes to life in an enchanting High Tea experience inspired by Charles Seddon Evans’ 1919 adaptation of Cinderella, taken from the British Library’s collection.
This first installation of a two-part fairy tale-inspired high tea series at ANTI:DOTE, Fairmont Singapore will also showcase Arthur Rackham’s illustrations and key references from the well-loved story throughout its menu and the restaurant’s interior, offering a memorable experience that engages your senses in more ways than one.
Begin your afternoon with savoury delights such as ASC certified smoked salmon with roasted pumpkin and trout roe; MSC certified Boston lobster with finger lime in a charcoal brioche, and quail egg and truffle in a butternut bun. Sweet palate pleasers include apple almond castles, pumpkin cinnamon tea cakes, black sesame with mandarin orange marmalade, yuzu high heels, and more.
Additionally, you can choose to pair your high tea with one of ANTI:DOTE’s handcrafted beverages inspired by the classic fairy tale.
