This exceptional dinner brings together two of modern British cuisine’s rising talents: Chef Christopher Clarke, Chef de Cuisine at The Albion, and Guest Chef Charles Wilson of the Michelin-starred Aulis Phuket by Simon Rogan.

The chefs present a specially curated 7-course set menu, highlighting their unique culinary philosophies while celebrating local ingredients. Expect a harmonious fusion of Da Lat vegetables elevated by Chef Christopher’s minimalist approach and hand-harvested produce and rare herbs from Aulis Phuket’s private farm, including seafood from Chumphon, presented by Chef Charles.
