Terms & Conditions
- Invitation available to 20 Accor Plus members, plus one guest per member.
- Due to limited spaces available, RSVP is essential and on a first-in basis.
- A valid Accor Plus membership card must be presented on arrival.
- Bookings are essential and must be received by or until sold out, with pre-payment at time of booking.
- Offer is subject to availability and payment is to be made at time of booking. Payments are non-refundable and non-transferable. Accounts settled by credit card attract a 1.4% merchant transaction fee.
- Photographs will be taken throughout the event and may be used in publicity and/or marketing materials, including websites.
- Attendees will be required to collect theatre tickets from Sofitel Melbourne On Collins which will be available upon check-in on 12 June 2025. The pre-show cocktail event in West Tower Suite located on level 35 of Sofitel Melbourne on Collins, will commence at 4.45pm, and will conclude at 6.45pm. Guests will then need to make their own way to the Her Majesty’s Theatre located at Exhibition Street and must be seated prior to the 7.30pm show start time. Lock-out applies.
- The pre-show cocktail event will consist of a selection of chef selection canapes, with a beverage service throughout the event timing.
- Package price is AUD 780 per person based on twin share. Includes accommodation in a Superior Bay Room, 2 x tickets to Hadestown, pre-show function with canapes, and breakfast for two in No35 Restaurant.
- Package price is AUD 560 per person single supplement Includes accommodation in a Superior King Room, 1 x ticket to Hadestown, pre-show function with canapes, and breakfast for one in No35 Restaurant
- ALL Reward points and Status Nights are not earned from attending Accor Plus member events.
