24 September 2025: Cheese and wine night – a live culinary masterpiece
An immersive and interactive evening of live culinary artistry. Guests will indulge in small plates prepared in real time by each Michelin-starred chef, complemented by artisanal cheeses from Les Frères Marchand—France’s oldest and most prestigious cheesemakers—and perfectly paired exquisite wines. One of Bangkok’s most unique gastronomic evenings.

25 to 27 September 2025: Artistic Michelin nights – an exclusive 8-course dinner
A 3-night culinary showcase of 8-course Michelin dinners with wine pairing, where each “Maestro” chef contributes two signature dishes: indulge in the finest flavours curated by Chef Thierry Drapeau, Stéphane Buron, Stéphane Cerrada, and Noah Sandoval. Each night promises a new harmony of flavour, elegance, and creativity.

A fusion of cuisine and canvas:
A special highlight of this year’s edition is a live performance by French expressionist painter Christopher Lecoutre. Each evening, Christopher will create floral-inspired artworks on hand-fired plates from Lampang, the Thai province famed for its ceramic heritage. These plates serve as both canvas and tribute to Signature Bangkok’s floral French cuisine philosophy.
