This offer is available to new ALL Accor+ Explorer members only and is not applicable to existing Explorer members.
You must be a valid Lotusmiles member.
Membership registration must be completed via the dedicated Accor Plus x Lotusmiles landing page.
After successful registration, please follow the instructions in the Welcome Email to activate your membership and download the ALL App to access your digital membership card.
To receive the promotional Lotusmiles award miles, please follow the instructions in the email sent to you after membership activation and submit your valid LotusMiles Membership Number via the form provided. If you do not receive or miss the email, you may submit your details via this form on the campaign landing page.
Memberships are non-cancellable once any membership benefit has been consumed, including but not limited to the issuance of LotusMiles.
Promotional Lotusmiles will be credited to your Lotusmiles account no later than the last day of the following month, subject to the successful submission of your valid Lotusmiles Membership details as provided.
