Designed to showcase 2026 TrailGraze producers, this platter highlights the flavours and stories you’ll discover across the region, including artisan cheeses from La Cantara and Ashgrove, honey from Blue Hills Honey, marinated olives from Cradle Coast Olives, roasted hazelnuts from Hazelbrae, and handcrafted chocolate from Anvers. A true taste of the North West.
That evening, it’s time to dress up for TrailGraze Feast, the official TrailGraze dinner and a sell-out favourite at the heart of the weekend. This unforgettable night is built around fire, Northwest Tasmania food, and the stories behind it. Guests are welcomed with a drink on arrival before gathering outdoors to watch local produce come alive over fire, with canapés and conversation to follow (weather permitting). You’ll meet Tasting Trail Tasmania producers and hear how their ingredients travel from paddock to plate, before settling in for a generous feast celebrating seasonal North West Tasmanian produce, paired with drinks and live entertainment. Boots on. Autumn layers encouraged.
On Saturday, 11 April, enjoy time to explore the North West Tasting Trail at leisure before attending an exclusive, members-only event at Southern Wild Gin Distillery from 4:00pm to 5:00pm. Located walking distance from the hotel, this intimate tasting of four Dasher + Fisher Tasmanian gins is paired with curated canapés by Mr. Good Guy Head Chef Momo Fadly and includes a special take-home gift from Southern Wild.
