This April, Le Café at Novotel Century Hong Kong presents a thematic “Shanghai Bliss” dinner buffet.
Relish in a series of exquisite classic Shanghainese dishes including scrambled egg white with conpoy, braised meatballs, braised crab with rice cake, stir-fried king prawns with sweet soy sauce, stir-fried moray eel, deep-fried crab meat Chinese bun, chicken and wonton soup and more.
