The event features a rich exploration of Mexican cuisine, recognised by UNESCO as an Intangible Cultural Heritage of Humanity. Guest Chef Tomás Alaniz – co-owner of Danzante restaurant in Bangkok – brings a curated menu inspired by traditional Mexican flavours and techniques.

A bespoke cocktail selection crafted by angelina’s mixologists highlights premium tequila pairings, making this a true feast for the senses.
