Calling all gin enthusiasts and foodies! Embark on a flavour adventure with a 5-course dinner, paired meticulously with a Four Pillars Gin cocktail.

  • Four Pillars fresh yuzu gin cured ocean trout, yuzukoshu crème fraiche, pickled onion and matcha salt
  • Winter salad, mushroom cream, winter leaves, caramelised eschalot, verjus gel and plive leaf gin green goddess dressing
