The evening begins with a delicate tea-smoked salmon entrée, perfectly matched with Dal Zotto Pinot Grigio, before moving into hearty mains of lemon and thyme brined Mt. Leura lamb rump and slow-roast Gippsland grass-fed beef striploin fillet, each paired with distinctive Italian varietals such as Sangiovese and Barbera. A decadent passionfruit cheesecake with praline brings the experience to a sweet close, paired with a refreshing Dal Zotto Limoncello Spritz.
More than just a dinner, this event is a celebration of a pioneering winemaking family. Since arriving in the King Valley in the late 1980s, Otto Dal Zotto and his family have led the way for Prosecco in Australia, building a legacy of craftsmanship and innovation that continues today.
