- In the event of cancellation, the following non-refundable penalties apply:
- 14 days prior to the time of booking: 30% of the total amount will be charged for full cancellation
- 7 days prior to the time of booking: 60% of the total amount will be charged for full cancellation
- Less than 7 days prior to the time of booking: 100% of total pre-payment will be retained for full cancellation.
- Less than 48 hours prior to the time of reservation: A charge of 100% of the total retail price will be made to the nominated credit card.
- All charges will be made to the nominated credit card on the reservation.
