Indulge in a member-exclusive interactive culinary experience with world-renowned chocolatier Kirsten Tibballs at Spice Central Kitchen & Bar, Novotel Brisbane South Bank. Known as the Queen of Chocolate, Kirsten will share expert insights and techniques throughout this immersive evening of fine food, wine and chocolate artistry.
Kirsten Tibballs is one of Australia’s most celebrated and internationally acclaimed pastry chefs and chocolatiers. She is an author of three cookbooks, hosts her own television show, The Chocolate Queen, and has featured on several television programs, including MasterChef Australia.
