The weekend seafood buffet dinner at Food Exchange restaurant, located on the 2nd floor of Novotel Saigon Centre, offers guests a unique culinary experience with high-quality local ingredients and international delicacies.

Discover a premium menu featuring the flavours of the ocean such as lobsters, crabs, oysters, octopus, scallops, local snails, salmon and assorted sashimi along with a wide selection of other tempting options. The highlight of the feast is the exquisite dessert counter, filled with fragrant pastries, colourful macarons, shimmering flan and delightful Vietnamese sweet desserts.

Price: 1,319,000 ++ VND per person, including soft drinks, juices, mineral water, tea and coffee.

Pricing policy for children:

  • Under 6 years old: Free of charge
  • From 6 – 11 years old: VND 660,000 ++/child
