From 1 October 2025, ALL Accor+ Explorer membership replaces all Accor Plus memberships including Traveller, Supplementary, Explorer, Explorer Plus, Business Explorer and Discovery memberships.

Regardless of your current membership type, you’ll be upgraded to enjoy the enhanced benefits of ALL Accor+ Explorer commencing 1 October 2025.
Here’s what it means for you:

• Traveller and Supplementary memberships: You’ll continue to enjoy your existing Traveller & Supplementary member benefits until 30 September 2025. From 1 October 2025 you will be upgraded to ALL Accor+ Explorer and gain access to the elevated benefits that come from this membership. Please note: Stay Plus FREE Nights are not included.
• Explorer and Explorer Plus memberships: You’ll continue to enjoy your existing Explorer member benefits until 30 September 2025. From 1 October 2025, you will be upgraded to ALL Accor+ Explorer and gain access to the elevated benefits that come with this membership, including access to Stay Plus FREE Nights.

• If you’ve already booked a Stay Plus complimentary night, rest assured your booking will be honoured exactly as planned, with no changes.
• If you cancel a Stay Plus Complimentary Night booking on or before 30 September 2025, the night will be credited back to your account. On 1 October 2025, every one (1) unused Stay Plus Complimentary Night will be converted into two (2) Stay Plus FREE Nights with the ALL Accor+ Explorer membership.
• If you have redeemed a Stay Plus complimentary night before 1 October, it is considered used, and will not be converted to a Stay Plus FREE Night.
• If you have one unused Stay Plus Complimentary Night as of 1 October 2025, it will be converted into two (2) Stay Plus FREE Nights with the ALL Accor+ Explorer membership.
• If you have multiple unused Stay Plus Complimentary Nights as of 1 October 2025, each will be converted into two (2) Stay Plus FREE Nights with the ALL Accor+ Explorer membership.

Please note: ALL Accor+ Explorer Stay Plus FREE Nights require a minimum two-night stay.

Here’s how it works from 1 October 2025:

•  To redeem ALL Accor+ Explorer Stay Plus FREE Nights: book at least two consecutive nights – pay for one night, and use your FREE Night for the other
• The FREE Night applies to the most expensive night in your booking
• FREE Nights are valid for standard rooms at participating hotels across Asia Pacific

ALL Accor+ Explorer members will enjoy 30 bonus ALL Accor Status nights each year of your membership*, valued at a [2,800 EUR] spend. This makes it easier to reach the next ALL Accor status tier or maintain your current tier for longer so you can enjoy elite hotel privileges at Accor hotels worldwide.

If you’re currently an ALL Accor Silver tier, you’ll be automatically upgraded to at least ALL Accor Gold status for as long as your membership stays active. This gives you access to elite member benefits including priority check-in, complimentary room upgrades (when available), a welcome drink, late check-out, and free Wi-Fi.

If you travel more often, reaching Platinum status is now more achievable—just stay 30 additional nights within the calendar year to unlock even more rewards, including enhanced point earnings, personalised service, and extra upgrade opportunities.

Status will be assessed each year on 31 December, based on the number of Status nights and points you’ve earned during the year. It’s a simpler, more transparent way to recognise and reward your loyalty.

• Login to the app (using the your login and password) and then search for your destination.

• Login to accorplus.com
• Book a stay from the homepage or using the Hotel Search. You can search for either a specific hotel or by location.
• You can also search for Stay Plus night availability by location and hotel. Remember to select “Ýes” from the drop down box if you wish to use your Stay Plus complimentary night.

• The ALL website is another way to search for exclusive Accor Plus rates. To access these great rates, login to all.accor.com
• Then search by location or hotel name and select your preferred hotel and room rate

The enhanced ALL Accor+ Explorer dining benefits are designed to be simple, generous, and easy to enjoy. Members now receive 30% off food and 15% off drinks at 1,800 participating hotel restaurants and 1,200+ bars across Asia Pacific, making it even more rewarding to dine out. To enjoy the 15% drinks saving, no food purchase is required.

These savings apply to 1-10 people, so whether you’re dining alone or catching up with friends, or enjoying a family meal or drinks it’s a great way to share more for less. For groups of 11 up to 20 people, a 10% discount will be applied to both food and drinks.

This replaces the previous dining discount of 25-50% off the food bill, which was based on the number of people dining, which will no longer be applicable from 1 October 2025. Multiple membership cards per table will no longer be required to enjoy 30% off the food bill for 1-10 people per table. Only one ALL Accor+ Explorer membership is required per table.

You can use the dining benefit when dining in as a guest staying at the hotel, or visiting a restaurant outside of a stay. So whether it’s a quick bite or a special night out, your ALL Accor+ Explorer membership is there to make the experience more enjoyable, and provide more value.
