- A valid Accor Plus membership must be presented.
- No further discounts are applicable.

- All changes and/or cancellation to bookings need to be communicated in writing.
- Dietary requirements – All dietary requirements must be provided no later than 14 days prior to the function date.
- Requests for changes or additions within 14 days prior to the function will be considered at the sole discretion of our Executive chef.
- We will do everything possible to facilitate requests, but not all changes can be guaranteed, and substitutions may be suggested where items are not available.
- Cancellation Policy – Cancellation of tickets more than 14 days prior to the event will get a full refund. Cancellations of less than 14 days prior to the event will incur a 100% cancellation fee. We appreciate your understanding and look forward to celebrating with you!
