Begin with a welcome glass of Tar & Roses Prosecco before settling in for a thoughtfully curated dining experience where each course is matched to highlight the personality of the wines.
The menu showcases vibrant seasonal flavours — from basil-poached prawns with heirloom tomatoes paired with Tar & Roses Pinot Grigio, to comforting mains including slow-roasted Birchley pork rillette and confit duck with beetroot and cranberry purée, complemented by the rich depth of Tar & Roses Shiraz.
The evening concludes with a decadent chocolate praline tart with hazelnut ganache and raspberry gel, perfectly balanced by a glass of Chambers Rutherglen Muscadelle LUC 15.24.
