Blending Chef Bjoern’s refined savoury expertise with Janice Wong’s imaginative, visually stunning desserts, the experience is further elevated by the timeless French elegance of Christofle silverware.
Featuring a balanced selection of delicate savouries and sweets, complemented by a refined range of fine teas and beverages, the presentation brings together flavour, artistry and visual theatre.
