Mama Restaurant is the beating heart of Mama Shelter Singapore. From 8:00am to late, the ground floor dining room buzzes with energy, serving homemade dishes and brasserie favourites with a local twist.
Expect bold flavours and feel-good classics, from crisp nasi lemak arancini and Mama’s smashed cheeseburger stacked with double black Angus patties, to aglio olio loaded with garlic and chilli flakes, rich beef shank ragu, and roasted chicken with herbes de Provence and tarragon jus. Fresh plates like heart of lettuce with quinoa and avocado, and indulgent starters such as burrata with heirloom tomatoes and crispy you tiao, round out the spread.
When the mood calls for something extra, Mama delivers. Indulge in Kaluga caviar sliders, oysters au naturel served with shallot mignonette and lemon, or a lavish seafood tower piled high with oysters, prawns, mussels, crab and lobster. For something truly show-stopping, gather around the 1kg black Angus Côte de Boeuf, or explore premium wood-fired cuts like Miyazaki A5 striploin and black ribeye. For a final flourish, add a signature caviar bump and turn dinner into an occasion.
The drinks are heroes in their own right. Martinis set the tone, dry, dirty, classic, chocolate or cucumber-cool, alongside wines, beers and cocktails designed to carry you from leisurely lunches into late-night indulgence.
