- Your commitment to your reservation is important to us. We require full credit card details to secure your reservation. We reserve the right to refuse any reservation with incomplete credit card details.
- In cases of no shows or cancellations, the following will apply:
1. No cancellation fee will apply if the cancellation is made at least 24 hours prior to your reservation;
2. There will be a cancellation fee of AUD 30 per person if the cancellation is made within 24 hours of the time of booking;
3. In the case of no shows, a fee of AUD 40 per person will be charged;
4. If your reservation is for a booking of 15 people or over, a cancellation fee of $40 per person will apply if the booking is cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice or in the case of a no show. - No additional discounts apply.
