Unvaccinated children aged 12 and below can be included in the group of 5. Children between 7 – 12 years old will be required to present a photo ID with birthdate for verification purposes.

A person is considered fully vaccinated 2 weeks after they have received 2 doses of the Pfizer-BioNTech/Comirnaty, Moderna or any vaccines listed on the World Health Organisation’s (WHO) Emergency Use Listing (EUL). Other than the Pfizer and Moderna jabs, there are currently five additional vaccines approved under the WHO EUL – AstraZeneca, Johnson & Johnson, Sinopharm, Sinovac and Covishield.

Those who have recovered from COVID-19, but are not fully vaccinated, will only be given a 180-day exemption after infection to enter and dine-in at Food and Beverages establishments.

From 14 February 2022, those aged 18 years and above who have completed their COVID-19 primary vaccination series and are eligible for booster vaccination will be considered as fully vaccinated for 270 days (9 months) after their last dose in the primary vaccination series. A booster dose is required no later than 270 days thereafter to be considered as fully vaccinated beyond the 270 days.

From 14 March 2022, those aged between 12 – 17 years who have completed their COVID-19 primary vaccination series and are eligible for booster vaccination will similarly be considered as fully vaccinated for only 270 days after their last primary series dose. A booster dose is required to maintain their fully vaccinated status thereafter.

Diners will be required to present proof of vaccination status via the TraceTogether or Health Hub app for dine-in access.
