Mercure Discover Local – The Singapore Edition aims to foster sustainable food and beverage culture while supporting local businesses in Singapore.

Mushrooms are the second of the four different types of local produce featured as part of the Discover Local campaign, available until July 2021. Winestone has created a specially curated menu featuring highly nutritional fresh mushrooms from Kin Yan Agrotech.
