De Beaurepaire Wines, based in Rylstone, is a family owned single-estate producer of cool climate, French style wines and was awarded Australian Wine of the Year in 2018 by Winestate Magazine. Hear from winemaker William De Beaurepaire, who will guide you through the wine tasting experience in a relaxed and entertaining style, as he shares his expertise and insight into the featured wines from his family’s vineyard. Tayim Restaurant & Bar at Harbour Rocks Hotel Sydney, features global contemporary cuisine combining bold flavours and fresh produce. The night will include a 4 course meal, a guided wine tasting of 3 x 750 ml bottles of wine (valued at $145) and a chef’s cooking demonstration.
